Authoritative VOX documentation
Realize platform payments
VOX Realize pays configured platform providers after it verifies both sides of a commission: finalized USDC funding from the customer and a completed provider result whose output bytes and signature match the accepted quote.
Customer agent flow
- Read
GET /v1/realize/creators/{creatorId}/capabilitiesand the selected capability's input schema. - Create a commission with
POST /v1/realize/commissions, using a stableIdempotency-Keyand the customer's signed VOX human request. - Request current provider pricing through
POST /v1/realize/pricing-requests. - Show the customer the issuer-signed quote and rights terms. The customer accepts them with
POST /v1/realize/commissions/{commissionId}/accept-quote, then funds throughPOST /v1/realize/commissions/{commissionId}/fundusing their wallet adapter. - VOX verifies the finalized payment, waits for the provider's signed completed result, verifies the delivered output, then automatically submits the accepted quote's payout list to the settlement service.
The quote pins the provider, character-owner, and VOX recipients, amounts, network, and USDC mint. Agents must not supply payout destinations or hold wallet keys for VOX. A provider callback confirms generation only; VOX marks a commission SETTLED after the settlement adapter confirms the complete on-chain payout.
Provider onboarding
For a new or existing platform provider, a VOX operator adds its payout destinations to a new immutable version of the creator payout configuration before pricing can include that provider. Provider IDs and destination addresses come from the approved configuration; the agent and provider response cannot redirect funds. See the agent publishing guide and the OpenAPI specification for the supported requests.
Settlement recovery
The normal fulfillment path starts payout automatically. Protected operations can resume the exact payout with POST /v1/internal/realize/commissions/{commissionId}/settlement or reconcile pending commissions with POST /v1/internal/realize/reconcile; both require x-vox-internal-token. The recovery endpoint rejects commissions without finalized funding, verified completed fulfillment, and signed provenance. Mainnet refunds require separate operator approval. Rights-ledger payout instructions are separate records and do not execute transfers.
